RENAU TRANSPORTADORS S.L. founded in 1890, began as a metallurgical workshop dedicated to the manufacture of metal elements, mainly for the construction sector.
Since then, the company's business activity has not ceased at any time.
Conveyors intended for the agri-food sector; animal feed, rice, flour, as well as for the aggregate sector; gravel, sand, etc., The only conveyors that could be built at that time for bulk products were the “Archimedes screw“ type conveyors, popularly known as “endless screw conveyors“.
In the mid 1950s, with the appearance of the “Packaging“ packaged product, the first chain conveyors with wooden slats were built for the movement of sacks both in the processing of the product and for the loading and unloading of lorries.
At the same time, with the introduction of the first canvas belts, initially rubber and later synthetic PVC belts, RENAU TRANSPORTADORS S.L. began to focus more on the construction of continuous handling equipment, leaving aside the manufacture of metal elements for the construction sector.
Therefore, and always attentive to the entry of new materials and manufacturing technologies, we specialise exclusively in the infinite world of conveyors, covering the different systems, synthetic belts, rollers, chains, hinges, modular belts... as well as in each of the sectors in which we can intervene, automotive, food, logistics, plastic, beverages, canned food, cosmetics, agriculture, glass, electronics and IT and others.
In addition, and in each of the sectors, we are specialists in the different processes; product elaboration, labelling, filling, packaging, palletising, storage and logistics.
