Since the early 2000s, Renau has been committed to aluminium profiles as an essential raw material for the sectors that allow them.

At the time, multinationals in the sector were innovating by using industrial aluminium in the construction of handling equipment and accessories such as machine benches, machine guards and so on.

In 2003, Renau invested heavily in two extrusion lines for its own aluminium structural profiles. These are the R2 and R3 models, plus a third profile for legs and benches, the 45x45 mm profile, grooved on 4 sides.

At the same time, the accessories needed to assemble the equipment have been developed, such as aluminium brackets, end plates, tension and drive plates, as well as the screws and bolts required for assembly.

Later, in 2007, the R01 model was developed to complete our range of synthetic belt conveyors.

Our three models cover belt conveyors for light, medium and heavy loads.

Today, it is common practice to work with more than 10 of our own profiles, dedicated to a wide range of our products, such as the modular belt and the articulated chain, and soon we will have our own profile for straight and curved driven roller conveyors for light loads.
